What’s your current state of mind? Wins, Worries, this is the place to freely share what’s on your mind this week. We’d love to hear it!

You never know who might need to hear what you’ve got to say today.

*Remember - if you’ve got a specific question, share it separately to the group as a question post so we can help crowd-source the best answers!

Last week my husband had a paranoid episode that was reminiscent of the height of his cocaine addiction.

He wasn’t using. It was really eye opening to me to learn that this is a (perhaps anxiety) function present in him with or without the drug.

I was really frustrated at the time because he let me down with a shared responsibility he’d agreed too. But I am so grateful we’re finally able to talk about these things and get through them together. I don’t know all the answers but this is certainly progress.

A win is that the friend I’m worried about has another one of our friends moving in this month to use her spare bedroom. I think it will be helpful to have the two of them together since it’s hard for us to know what’s going on - another objective perspective and another connection to help ground her.

My son is visiting and it’s been a win that he’s doing well and we’re laughing a lot! He’s planning on moving back to our hometown and that’s a worry, but a road we’ll cross when we get there

My loved one quit smoking cigarettes this week! Worry is that once he goes back home after the weekend that he’ll star again. But for now, I’m happy no more Marlboro Reds. He has been a smoker for 20+ years so any time he gets momentum to quit I’m behind him 100%!

I am releasing my worry about my son for this week, and trusting that he will be all right and well. Also, we’ve been busy with my other son who graduated from college in May and just accepted a full time job and is now looking for an apartment!
