For Friends

This space is for friends of people with Substance Use Disorder.

Mental Health

Here is where you can ask questions about mental health and self care for yourself and your loved one with Substance Use Disorder. Topic examples may include anxiety, ADHD, social life, self care ideas, trauma, triggers, and more.

Treatment

Ask questions, share your experience, and find answers about treatment here. Topic examples may include include types of treatment, rehab, therapy, MAT, support, etc.

Recovery

Here is where you can ask questions or find support about recovery - if your loved one is in early or long-term recovery; if you’d like to know more about the recovery process; or if you’d like to share or learn about what life is like in recovery for both you and your loved one.

Stories of Hope

Share your progress here. You deserve to be celebrated, and your story of hope - however big or small - can help others who are struggling. Whether or not your loved one is in recovery, there is always hope.
