My so age 46 finished detox and just started 3days of naltrexone.he is living with my husband and I and wondering what steps are next .
What next using naltrexone and needing to start over

He has got to want to go to rehab. Ask him after he’s in less pain, make sure he gets up and walks around. Use magnesium spray on his feet and legs for the rls and to calm his nerves after the 3 days. Get sunlight, feed him omega 3s and let him know you’re there for him. And when he seems to start being less crabby ask if he would like to go to rehab. I’m not sure where you’re located but there are some you can find for a small start fee and make sure it’s Christian based if he believes and has the 12 step program. If he doesn’t want to go then he’s not ready and it would be pointless to make him go. Learned my lesson with that. I know how hard it is. Only as a significant other. Do not give him money or enable him in any way. It is hard so so hard but that’s something you have to do. I truly hope this is it for him. He just needs to know most of all he has a support system through yall if he makes the best choice for his health.
